GHOSTTOWN is a self-published zine created in 2015 to document the rapidly shifting Hoover-Foster district in Oakland, CA. Ghost Town stretches from 27th Street to 35th Street in the area immediately southwest of Macarthur BART. These photographs were captured over a two year period commuting to and from work— capturing the historical complexities of this neighborhood.
